I have a 2006 model car which is currently still under manufacturer warranty.  When I had some safety concerns about the performance of my car, I called the dealer to get it looked at.  The dealer was too busy to fit me in.  My husband, who had used CarMen for years, recommended that I see them because he had always found them to be so trustworthy.
I took my car to CarMen and they diagnosed the problem promptly.  They also told me that it was definitely a warranty job, and that the dealer would be able to do it without cost.  I am a nurse, so I have no clue when it comes to cars and have been ripped off by mechanics in the past.  It was such a relief to be able to trust the people looking after my car and ultimately the safety of my family.
 I have since had all my servicing and care requirements for my car looked after by CarMen.  I am continually impressed with their professionalism and excellent standard of service to their customers as well as the vehicles.  Thank you CarMen for everything.

 I imported my 1992 BMW and faced the daunting task of spending days going through all the bureaucratic red tape to get my car on the road. Having lived and worked overseas for the past 20 years, getting used to the Australian bureaucratic system again was something I was not looking forward to.

CarMen’s name was given to me by a car industry colleague. He said it would be a "one stop shop" for everything, which indeed they are. What impressed me more though was the great old fashioned service I received, which seems to have gone by the wayside over the years at many other companies. Even though they were very busy, both Craig and Liz did everything possible to fit me in when they could. Craig's refreshing honesty in telling me exactly what needed to be done on the mechanical side, with no hidden costs, and Liz's ruthless efficiency in dealing with the red tape side of the equation (compliance, registration etc.,) was wonderful.
