Carmen Import Centre is an Australian company located in Brisbane, Queensland, and has been established since 1997. We are a Registered Automotive Workshop, certified to ISO 9001:2000, for the provision of importing and modifying right hand drive vehicles to comply with the Motor Vehicles Standards Act 1989 in accordance with the RAWS Scheme.

As part of our unique business setup, we are able to take care of all your Vehicle Compliance needs, as well as assist with your selection and purchase. We source vehicles direct from Japan from trusted business relationships and associates, and do not rely upon Japanese auction houses thereby minimizing the risk of substandard vehicles and high prices. We also provide compliance only options.

Australia wide warranties are available on all vehicles sold. Our fully equipped technical workshop is able to maintain, repair and service our own and other imported vehicles, with access to new and used parts sourced both in Australia and Japan. We have up to date diagnosis scan equipment, test equipment and workshop facilities, all housed in our modern service centre.

Our Service Technician Team is led by Troy Taylor our workshop manager & compliance signatory. Troy has over 22 years experience in the motor vehicle
service & repair industry and has therefore worked on a wide range of modern vehicles, having specialized in Subaru's. Troy also has expertise in Mitsubishi Delica's and is focused on ensuring all vehicles within our care receive the highest level of attention.

Daniel Rettke has joined the team recently and has a great range of experience in Japanese & Euro vehicles. He is valuable in adding strength to our team. Daniel owns & drives two of his own imported vehicles.

Craig Walker oversees all importing & compliance processes. He has almost 12 years experience & is a licensed Motor dealer.
